Our Team

Christopher H. Swisher is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov & Mack and licensed to practice law in the state of California. Chris focuses his practice on servicing clients with litigation and transactional needs in many practice areas including civil litigation, professional liability, employment, personal injury, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and commercial litigation.

Chris has demonstrated expertise in legal research and writing, claim evaluation and risk assessment, negotiations and dispute resolution, and client counseling. Chris is a strong advocate for his clients and has a proven ability to understand complex legal matters and provide efficient solutions.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in French with minors in Political Science and Psychology from Chapman University (2015) and a Juris Doctor with an emphasis in Entertainment Law from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law (2020). While attending law school, Chris was an academic fellow for his legal research and writing professor, received a CALI Award in Information Privacy Law, and participated in the Entertainment Law Clinic. During law school, Chris also clerked at civil litigation firms, which is where he first began to develop his passion for litigation.
