Emily C. Cunion is an associate attorney in the Phoenix office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov & Mack, where her legal practice focuses on a diverse mix of complex and high-exposure litigation including professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability. Prior to joining Zelms Erlich Lenkov & Mack, Ms. Cunion was a senior associate in the Tempe office of a major insurance defense firm.
Ms. Cunion graduated with a BA in English from the University of Iowa prior to obtaining her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, Ms. Cunion was a Pedrick Scholar and recipient of the Jeremy Govekar award. Ms. Cunion also served as an extern for the Honorable Warren Granville. Ms. Cunion is a member of the Arizona State Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, for the District of Arizona.
Ms. Cunion is an avid sports fan and enjoys rooting for her hometown Chicago Cubs and Bears, as well as her alma mater Hawkeyes. When not watching sports, Ms. Cunion enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
