Paul O. Mittelstadt is a Partner in the Phoenix office of Zelms Erlich Lenkov & Mack. Paul represents individuals and businesses in legal matters ranging from complex litigation to simple advice about contracts and transactions. Paul’s practice generally focuses on issues surrounding real estate and construction. Paul has extensive experience handling the legal needs of real estate brokerages, brokers, and agents; commercial and residential developers; general contractors and subcontractors; architects; civil, structural, mechanical, and geotechnical engineers; surveyors; home inspectors; appraisers; homeowners’ associations; condominium associations; real estate investors; and homeowners. From the acquisition of raw land through design, construction, brokerage, sales, and any resulting disputes, Paul is equipped to provide competent and timely advice that is mindful of the short timelines often involved in real estate issues.
