Our Team

Nick S. Cote is an associate attorney in the Phoenix office of Zelms, Erlich & Mack, where his legal practice focuses on litigation, general liability, professional liability, construction defect, architects & engineers, trucking & transportation, and complex real estate matters. Prior to joining Zelms Erlich & Mack, Mr. Cote worked as an associate for a real estate and small business litigation firm.

Mr. Cote graduated with a BA in Political Science and Economics from Capital University prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor from the Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University. During law school, Mr. Cote participated in numerous mock trials and served on the Moot Court Administration Board. Mr. Cote also served as an extern for one of the largest products liability firms in the state of Ohio, aiding in the settlement of a 65-million-dollar lawsuit with over six thousand claimants. Mr. Cote is a member of the Arizona State Bar.

In his spare time, Mr. Cote enjoys watching his hometown Ohio State Buckeyes with his family on Saturdays. Mr. Cote also loves to enjoy the wonderful Arizona weather by hiking trails and mountain biking on the weekends.
