Arash Jacobson, an innovative trailblazer, recently joined the esteemed ranks of Zelms Erlich Lenkov & Mack. In his new role as an associate attorney, Mr. Jacobson draws on this rich experience, positioning him as an authority in apparel law and product liability.

Mr. Jacobson champions the unifying power of the law, utilizing his advocacy skills to defend his clients' legal rights when the stakes are high.

His years as a CEO in the apparel and branding sector have honed his perseverance and problem-solving capabilities. He views challenges not as roadblocks but as opportunities to devise innovative solutions. In his new legal capacity, he is eager to apply this mindset, leveraging his expansive experience in various areas of law, including Property, Personal Injury, Mass Torts, and Employment Law, among others.

As a specialist in the niche legal categories of apparel law, trademarks and intellectual property, Mr. Jacobson employs his comprehensive understanding of the business world to deliver astute insights. He also brings to bear a deeply personal perspective, as a father, to the delicate matters of Family Law.

With a proactive approach, Mr. Jacobson doesn't stand by as problems arise, but rather, he tackles them head-on, addressing matters with both courage and transparency. He is driven by a strong work ethic and a firm commitment to uphold his clients' interests.

Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Jacobson has been handling an array of Real Estate discrimination cases, personal injury, and professional liability.

Mr. Jacobson is admitted to the State Bar of California and to the United States Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies. He also attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and achieved his Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School. In the business sector, Mr. Jacobson worked and collaborated with Walmart, to launch products nationally and internationally. Additionally, he attended several prominent apparel Design Schools, where he honed his expertise in Apparel Design, manufacturing, and marketing. Throughout his endeavors, Mr. Jacobson has traveled extensively, and he is a proud father and husband.
