KIMBERLY OFFENBACHER
Ms. Offenbacher is a senior associate with the Los Angeles Office of Zelms Erlich & Mack.
Ms. Offenbacher obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree at University of California, Santa Cruz and her Juris Doctorate Degree at Loyola Law School. She also attended Kenyon College where she studied pre-med.
Before coming to Zelms Erlich & Mack, Ms. Offenbacher spent 4 years as a medical malpractice attorney where she defended physicians and hospitals, often in complicated, high damage cases. Prior to that, Ms. Offenbacher was a partner, and previously an associate, in a general litigation practice where she specialized in employment litigation including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and ADA claims. She also has extensive experience in business litigation, personal injury, and professional liability.
Ms. Offenbacher has experience with every aspect of the litigation process including mediations, litigation from filing through trial, and appellate matters.
Outside of her practice at Zelms Erlich & Mack, Ms. Offenbacher is an active board member of a non-profit that provides athletic equipment to underserved schools and community centers.
